My curiosity for different cultures is at the heart of my success when recruiting in the UK as well as further afield – in Germany and beyond. And with today’s workplace now a global playing field, I see past national borders to find the talent you need.
My background has also evoked in me a deep sense of justness and equality. It drives me to see how we can improve the world we live in and integrate sustainable practices into every business.
